Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a trade, degree, or certificate program at an accredited institution.
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks of in-person intern programming in Grand Rapids, MI
  • Ability to commit to scheduled work hours and program requirements.
  • Strong interest in learning and professional development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Coursework or interest in marketing, communications, visual arts or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and learning new design techniques.
