Job Summary

Own on-site video and photography production for client projects, delivering brand-aligned content through capture, editing, and collaboration with clients and creative teams.

Capture on-site content: video and photography at client locations with professional lighting and audio
Edit for social: polish short- and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
Plan and execute shoots: coordinate with clients and crews to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture professional video and photo content at various client sites (construction projects, homes, offices, etc.)
Edit short-form and long-form content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms)
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with precision
Collaborate with clients and creative teams to plan and execute shoots
Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s goals and message
Meet deadlines while maintaining high creative quality
Drive to client locations reliably and represent RF Media professionally

Requirements

Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve preferred)
Hands-on experience operating cameras and setting up lighting for shoots
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the media industry

Preferred

Experience creating content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) is a plus
