Own production lifecycle end to end, delivering campaigns, reactive projects, and internal videos with clear creative vision and cross team alignment.

  • Own briefs, schedules, briefs and delivery timelines with creative leadership to lock in direction early.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, talent releases and vendor relations to keep shoots on time and on plan.
  • Coordinate on set logistics and partner with marketing, product and comms to ensure brand consistency and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full production lifecycle across campaigns, reactive projects and internal videos.
  • Develop and manage briefs, schedules, shot lists, and delivery timelines with the Executive Creative Director and internal leads.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including location, permits, travel, gear, and crew, in-studio or on location.
  • Run day-of production on shoots, serving as the main on-set contact for all stakeholders.
  • Source and manage freelance crew, editors, production companies, and partners on a project basis.
  • Direct internal editors and shooters to ensure clarity, alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain a vetted roster of production contractors across key disciplines.
  • Liaise with law enforcement/public safety partners on production when needed.
  • Own budgets from estimate to reconciliation across resources and vendors.
  • Draft and manage contracts with contractors ensuring procurement/compliance.
  • Manage location/talent releases and agency/community agreements.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities to reduce cost without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure every project has a clear creative vision before production begins.
  • Align on objectives and messaging with marketing, product, sales, and comms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across video output.
  • Contribute to production infrastructure, workflows and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years in video production across brand, agency, or in-house.
  • Experience managing crews and external production partners.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to film production.
  • Strong end-to-end production knowledge across pre, production, and post.
  • Experience budgeting and reconciling actuals.
  • Familiar with contracts, talent releases, and vendor agreements.
  • Excellent organization and communication; can manage multiple projects at different stages.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced cross-team environments with shifting priorities.

Nice to have:
  • B2B/government/public safety/tech content experience.
  • Familiarity with trade show or experiential video production.
  • Experience working with law enforcement or government entities in production.
  • Working knowledge of AI video production and post tools.
