Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for YouTube and Instagram
• Create engaging formats such as reels, shorts, explainers, and long-form videos
• Ensure high-quality production and storytelling
• Develop content tailored to YouTube and Instagram audiences
• Optimize videos for engagement, reach, and retention
• Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithms
• Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Add motion graphics, captions, and visual elements
• Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and brand-aligned
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams

Requirements

• Experience in video creation, editing, or content production
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
• Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram content formats
• Creative storytelling and visual communication skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end video production
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and trends
