Job Description
Responsibilities
- Turn interviews into clear, compelling video narratives
- Review existing footage and identify the strongest, most usable moments
- Reshape content into more engaging formats and short-form cuts
- Direct editors on how content should be adapted for each platform (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
- Repurpose the same core content into multiple versions depending on where it lives
- Guide interviews so dealership teams sound natural, confident, and on-message
- Keep projects organized across multiple active campaigns
- You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in how our campaigns perform.
Requirements
- Experience producing or directing video content where messaging matters
- Strong understanding of how to create and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Clear instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling and engage
- Ability to pull a strong story out of raw, unscripted footage
- Experience working with editors and giving clear direction
- Comfortable guiding conversations with non-professional on-camera talent
- Working knowledge of editing (not your main role, but you understand the process)
Preferred
- Automotive or dealership marketing experience
