Own the end-to-end production of narrative video content from shot to final grade, balancing shooting, editing, and color in a fast paced fintech setting.

  • Manage post‑production from assembly to color and sound design, ensuring on time delivery and cinematic polish.
  • Lead hybrid shooting and editing work, shaping story-driven case studies and product demos.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit customer case studies, sit‑down interviews, and product demonstrations into engaging, story-driven films
  • Manage end‑to‑end post-production processes, including assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color grading
  • Shoot footage on location or in-studio as needed, demonstrating hybrid skills as a shooter and editor
  • Perform color grading to achieve a clean, cinematic look using DaVinci Resolve
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling approaches
  • Contribute creative ideas and feedback throughout the production process
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
  • Maintain organized workflows and files for efficient collaboration and future revisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing large, high-quality projects across long-form and narrative content
  • Exceptional editing skills with a keen sense of pacing, story structure, and audio design
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with a willingness to standardize workflows in DaVinci Resolve for color grading and collaboration
  • Experience in shooting video, with the ability to operate cameras in various settings (preferably Sony FX3 experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of color grading techniques, particularly in DaVinci Resolve using S‑Log3 / S‑Gamut3.Cine
  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on direction and contribute original ideas
  • Ability to independently manage projects from raw footage to finished product
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
