Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content (podcasts, interviews, conversations)
• Create short-form content for LinkedIn and social platforms
• Develop engaging clips, reels, and highlight moments
• Maintain brand consistency across all video assets
• Collaborate on content strategy and storytelling
• Manage turnaround times and content calendar deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Experience with social media content formats (short-form, vertical video)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
