Job Summary

Own end-to-end video editing and post-production workflow for multi-channel content; shape visual storytelling through editing, motion graphics, and sound design while upholding brand standards and asset management.

  • Ownership: Edit and finalize video content for websites, social channels, and marketing materials end-to-end.
  • Workflow: Manage post-production including colour grading, sound mixing, and rendering while organizing a digital asset library.
  • Impact: Align outputs with client briefs and industry trends to maintain high-quality standards and relevant storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, compelling content for websites, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs and deliver content that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
  • Ensure all video output adheres to client brand guidelines and maintains the high-quality standards of our agency.
  • Manage post-production workflows, including colour grading, sound mixing, and final rendering.
  • Organise and maintain a digital library of video assets for efficient project management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in video editing software and techniques.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid experience with motion graphics software, particularly Adobe After Effects.
  • A strong understanding of narrative, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and video compression standards for various platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
