Responsibilities

• Create 2D/3D engaging, high-quality short reels optimized for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). “Pixabay.com”. “pexels.com” content, familiarity is a plus, AI usage highly encourage
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and increase session bookings
• Utilize SEO, hashtags, and trending audio to maximize video reach
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates
• Plan and schedule content for consistent audience engagement (facebook groups, meetup.com, instagram related mental health accounts. All will be provided for internal use)

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2D and 3D animations
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Experience in running digital ad campaigns and organic growth strategies
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
