Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as MAC’s primary videographer, capturing video across athletics, events, member programs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead on-site video shoots, including lighting, audio, camera operation, and overall production setup.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content aligned with MAC brand guidelines.
  • Provide video coverage for competitions, signature events, leadership communications, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage all video assets, ensuring organized file systems and accessible libraries.
  • Oversee post-production workflows including editing, color correction, audio balancing, motion graphics integration, and formatting for various platforms.
  • Capture high-quality still photography during events or programs as needed.
  • Deliver edited photo assets for use across social media, web, email, and print channels.
  • Partner with the creative and communications teams to support storytelling initiatives and content planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments across the club to produce video that supports campaigns, programs, and internal priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in professional videography and video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects strongly preferred.
  • Experience capturing athletics, events, or other fast-paced environments.

Preferred

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, particularly in sports or competitions, is highly preferred.
  • After Effects strongly preferred.
