Job Description

Responsibilities - Set the SEO vision and multi-year roadmap across client portfolios and align strategy to KPIs in traditional and AI-driven search environments. - Lead senior client relationships and executive storytelling to guide high-stakes decisions and governance. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to embed SEO in holistic plans with paid search, analytics, activation, and content teams. - Govern and standardize SEO delivery across technical, content, and authority workstreams while growing a high-performance team. - Evolve the SEO toolset and measurement approaches to support AI-driven search and traditional results. - Shape scalable frameworks for visibility in AI-driven and answer-based search experiences and new capabilities adoption. - Support account growth by shaping SEO narratives and pitches across evolving search landscapes. Requirements - 7–10+ years of SEO experience with depth across technical SEO, content strategy, performance measurement, and enterprise execution (agency experience strongly preferred). - 3+ years leading teams and developing managers/leadership layers; demonstrated ability to scale quality across multiple accounts. - Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization - Proficiency with web analytics and enterprise SEO platforms/tooling (e.g., Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics). - Ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives and decision frameworks. - Deep expertise in AI-driven and generative search with the ability to drive adoption across teams and clients. - Cross-functional leadership, including partnering with product/engineering/content stakeholders. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
