Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The VP, Omnichannel Strategy Director, will unify and lead strategic efforts across media and engagement channels to drive integrated, impactful, and measurable brand experiences that advance our clients’ strategic imperatives.
  • Design, develop and execute omnichannel strategies to build and reach target audiences, deliver measurable outcomes aligned with our clients’ strategic imperatives.
  • Drive insight-based initiatives that place the Agency at the forefront of media and technology in the healthcare sector, introducing new approaches to enhance client outcomes.
  • Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert on the role of omnichannel within the PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) ecosystem.
  • Lead end-to-end omnichannel campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization, including the use of co-creation workshops with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Design and implement data-driven optimization strategies for all omnichannel campaigns, designed to activate human behaviors.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, channel mix, and resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Oversee data-driven planning to identify key leverage points and allocate investments that maximize engagement and brand impact.
  • In partnership with our Analytics & Insights team, ensure robust measurement frameworks exist for each strategic imperative for continuous improvement, reporting, and informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, aligning their needs with customer insights, data, and strategic solutions that drive success.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Embed principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) into strategies and team culture.
  • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and development opportunities aligned with agency leadership principles.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive seamless interdepartmental collaboration and resource efficiency for integrated omnichannel solutions.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, identifying competitive differentiators and market opportunities. Engage in continuous learning to remain current with industry trends and emerging technology, sharing insights to drive innovation within the agency and for our client benefit.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in media strategy, engagement strategy, or equivalent roles in a media-centric, healthcare-focused environment
  • Proven digital marketing, omnichannel expertise, and hands-on experience across multiple channels, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional media
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven optimization
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
