Job Summary
Tasket seeks a senior B2B SaaS marketer to scale inbound demand, own category storytelling, and lead a product-led growth motion. The role focuses on inbound demand generation, positioning, product-led growth, brand and communications, and team operations, with emphasis on analytics and experimentation. The ideal candidate has 12–18+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and leadership experience, plus strong storytelling and growth engine building.

Responsibilities
- Inbound demand generation: Scale a high-intent inbound engine that reliably produces qualified signups.
- Positioning & narrative: Own Tasket’s US category story and competitive messaging that consistently differentiates us from competition.
- Product-led growth marketing: Build and optimize the growth loops that drive activation, retention, invites, and paid conversion.
- Brand, community, and comms: Establish Tasket as a leader with storytelling, PR, launches, and a community flywheel.
- Team & marketing operations: Hire and run a high-performance marketing org with tight metrics, experimentation cadence, attribution, and budget discipline.
Requirements
- 12–18+ years in B2B SaaS marketing; 5–8+ years leading teams
- Proven ability to build high-velocity content engines (SEO + templates) and pair them with growth loops
- Strong positioning and category storytelling chops (you can make “new mental models” stick)
- Deep comfort with experimentation, analytics, and funnel instrumentation
- Demonstrated success scaling a PLG motion (activation, retention, lifecycle, conversion)
Preferred
- Experience in work management/dev productivity categories (or adjacent: collaboration, knowledge mgmt, devtools)
- Community-led growth experience
