- Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing public relations initiatives, formulating market plans, and leading the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- The role requires leadership, innovation, and a data-driven approach to drive results.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Expertise in Marketing Management and overall marketing best practices, with a focus on team leadership
- Knowledge and experience in Public Relations to enhance brand reputation and visibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in consumer products or a related sector strongly desired

We created a 25 foot pre strung and assembled Christmas light stake that is intended only for the ground. Our customers will by our product straight off the shelves, take it home, stake the lights in the ground at their preference and plug them in. Absolutely zero customer assembly and a two minute install.
