Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across digital pathology and precision medicine markets
  • Lead demand generation initiatives to support enterprise sales across pharmaceutical, biotech and research organisations
  • Build and scale product marketing capabilities including positioning, messaging and product launch strategies
  • Partner closely with commercial leadership to drive pipeline growth and support strategic account development
  • Establish strong brand positioning within the digital pathology, AI pathology and precision medicine ecosystems
  • Lead conference strategy and industry engagement across major life science and pathology events
  • Build and manage a high performing global marketing team
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support product and commercial strategy
Requirements
  • Senior marketing leadership experience within digital pathology, precision medicine, healthcare software or life science technology
  • Strong understanding of the digital pathology ecosystem including pharma research, translational medicine and pathology laboratories
  • Proven experience building marketing strategies that support complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Track record of developing strong brand presence within emerging healthcare technology markets
  • Experience working in high growth life science or healthcare technology companies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate in both hands on and leadership capacities
