Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Content Strategy
  • Lead the Las Vegas brand presence across all digital channels, setting channel-specific content strategies and production efficiencies that serve both consumer and business audiences — from high-volume short-form social to long-form video and original podcast programming.
  • Direct website content strategy, publishing cadence, and site optimization across multiple domains, with a focus on engagement, lead volume, and discoverability through both traditional SEO and AI search optimization (AIO).
  • Own consumer database and email marketing strategy — including content and contact planning — to drive database growth, and integrate paid social campaigns into the broader digital ecosystem to strengthen overall campaign performance.
  • Maximize organic content strategies that build conversation and earned reach, and identify emerging distribution channels to reach audiences as they shift platforms.
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize performance across all digital marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing and advertising leadership to ensure campaigns are coordinated across channels.
  • Partner with the analytics team to define success metrics and benchmarks for internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships and marquee events to extend campaign reach and impact.
  • Manage internal channel teams and external resources, including advertising agencies and marketing technology partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, or high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 additional years equivalent job-related experience.
  • 8+ years demonstrated experience marketing a premium hospitality brand, destination or lifestyle brand, 5+ years leading a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of AI tools to design, optimize, and integrate solutions for complex tasks and workflows, driving significant improvements in work quality, efficiency, and data-informed decision-making, and serving as a resource to others on effective and responsible use.
  • Brand savvy, with the ability to blend marketing skills and digital channel knowledge with a passion for the evolving digital landscape and consumer behaviors.
  • Solid track record for developing and implementing multi-channel digital strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnering skills, and ability to achieve results with diverse groups.
  • Ability to drive results under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
  • Keen knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and evolving trends, familiarity with tourism, convention, and agency management experience preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have or be able to obtain a US Passport with ability to travel as needed.
