Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, methodology, and operating model for Community Engagement.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for community strategy, participation design, governance, moderation, advocacy, and engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that supports clients across industries and platforms.
  • Develop proprietary products, playbooks, and tools that differentiate our offering and can scale across the Groupe.
  • Partner with Social Intelligence to translate audience signals into engagement strategies and ongoing community programming.
  • Create measurement frameworks that evaluate community health, participation, advocacy, loyalty, and business impact—not just engagement metrics.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platform behaviors, internet culture, AI, and community technologies to continuously evolve the capability.
  • Advise senior clients on how to build enduring communities rather than transactional audiences.
  • Develop participation strategies that turn campaigns into ongoing conversations.
  • Design engagement ecosystems spanning owned communities, creators, social platforms, customer care, and brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading community, social, digital engagement, brand marketing, or creator ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success building new capabilities, teams, or practices.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, platform behaviors, online communities, and emerging social technologies.
  • Experience advising senior marketing executives and leading transformational client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional executional instincts.
  • A builder's mindset, with the ability to create new products, processes, and ways of working from the ground up.
  • Passion for creating brands that don’t simply speak to communities—but actively participate in them.
