Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Experiential Strategy & Creative Leadership
  • Lead the development of experiential strategies that connect brands to fans, consumers, and cultural audiences across sports and entertainment
  • Guide the experiential team in translating brand objectives, audience insights, and sponsorship platforms into ownable live experiences that build brand connections and drive return on investment
  • Oversee experiential programs tied to major sports and entertainment properties, including global events, league and team partnerships, music, lifestyle, culture, and tentpole moments
  • Champion ideas that are distinctive, scalable, measurable, and built to create significant brand impact before, during, and after the experience
  • Client Leadership
  • Serve as a senior experiential advisor to clients, helping shape vision, priorities, investment, and executional approach
  • Lead conversations around experience, design, consumer journey, fan engagement, sponsorship activation, and measurement
  • Build trusted relationships with senior brand, marketing, partnership, and agency partners
  • Experience Production & Execution

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in experiential marketing, sports and entertainment marketing, brand activation, event production, sponsorship activation, or related fields
  • Experience leading experiential programs, tours, event activations, etc. for major brands, sports properties, entertainment platforms, or cultural events
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights and ideas into clear, compelling pitch materials with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for pitch development, proposal support, reporting, and budget-related materials
  • Deep understanding of how to create brand experiences that engage audiences, activate partnerships, generate content, and deliver measurable impact
  • Strong client leadership, executive presence, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale experiential programs, multiple concurrent workstreams, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading teams, developing talent, and building effective processes for creative and operational delivery
  • Willingness to travel and lead on-site execution. Travel may be 40 - 60%.
