Responsibilities

• The (USA) Manager, Account Strategy leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, translating client marketing objectives into effective media strategies using Walmart Connect’s platforms. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery against key metrics, and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis and customer insights. The manager collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports team development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present actionable insights to senior leadership are essential for this position.
• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery based on key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive campaign success and innovation.
• Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights to support revenue growth.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Preferred

• Experience in sales or media strategy
• Experience with DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and media platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.
