Own the US Gelatissimo marketing and operations execution, partnering with franchisees to boost sales, brand strength, and customer experience across campaigns, content creation, product launches, and day-to-day support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Designing and executing local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Capturing and creating engaging social media, photography and video content showcasing our products, stores and customers.
Partnering with franchisees to improve sales, customer experience and overall business performance.
Building trusted relationships with franchisees and acting as their primary day-to-day support contact.
Coordinating day-to-day business operations with our Australian Support Office.
Coordinating product replenishment and supporting new product launches.
Identifying opportunities to improve business performance and strengthen the Gelatissimo brand.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, franchising or business operations.
Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A commercial mindset and sound problem-solving skills.
High levels of organisation, initiative and accountability.
The flexibility to travel within the United States.
Most importantly, you're proactive, hands-on and excited by the opportunity to help shape the success of Gelatissimo's US business.
