Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life Show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
• Make Shopping Seamless Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
• Stay Curious + Flexible Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
• Work as a Team Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be

Requirements

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity
• A people-first mindset, you enjoy meeting and helping others
• A collaborative attitude and positive energy
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
