Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram content
• Help develop content concepts designed for reach, engagement, shares, and virality
• Experiment with trends, hooks, formats, and audios
• Support content planning and scheduling aligned with our brand voice
• Stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture, and influencer marketing moments
• Collaborate directly with the founders on content direction, campaigns, and growth ideas
• Help shape Arsina into a brand people talk about online

Requirements

• A current student or recent grad from a U.S. college or university studying marketing, media, communications, or a related field
• Chronically online in the best way possible
• You spot trends before brands ruin them
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, pop culture, and storytelling
• Experienced in creating TikToks, Reels, memes, visuals, captions, etc.
• Comfortable experimenting, testing weird ideas, and pushing creative boundaries
• Comfortable being the face of content when needed — talking to the camera, participating in trends, and bringing energy/personality on screen
• Confident pitching bold concepts and moving fast

Preferred

• A portfolio showcasing your content work is a huge plus
