Job Summary

Own transfer enrollment outreach and state-college partnership to source transfer applicants and drive enrollment, while shaping onboarding and data-informed decisions.

  • Lead information sessions, campus visits, and counselor meetings to guide students and families through admissions.
  • Turn recruitment data into action with dashboards and enrollment projections to optimize outreach and goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Build relationships with state colleges to recruit transfer students and manage email queues. - Assist in presentations and answer questions about admission and application requirements and processes. - Develop recruitment plans and manage an assigned territory with outreach activities and travel; contribute to onboarding and success steps for prospective students. - Back up front desk support and assist in email queues; provide backup phone support and outreach to collect documents. - Attend state colleges and transfer admissions events to guide students, families, and counselors through information sessions and meetings; coordinate outreach with community and university partners; follow travel policies. - Analyze data to measure marketing effectiveness and enrollment impact; develop dashboards and reports for decision making; prepare recruitment activity analyses and projections. - Build and maintain relationships with college counselors; collaborate with faculty, staff, and partners to reach enrollment goals and guide students. - Perperform other duties as assigned.
