Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end marketing workflow from content creation to campaign analysis, coordinating digital, print, and social initiatives and driving SEO and engagement metrics.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and SEO performance

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Draft content for newsletters, brochures, website, blog posts, and press releases.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.
  • Collect and organize photography, video assets, and promotional materials for marketing use.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
  • Support SEO strategies by updating website content, using relevant keywords, and helping to improve online search visibility.
  • Track and report on digital campaign analytics, SEO performance, and other relevant marketing metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Third- or fourth-year student at an accredited college in a related study.
  • Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License, as well as meet eligibility requires of “acceptable driving standards” as defined by the County.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, data management, communication, and other software.
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures for confidentiality while adapting to evolving privacy standards and technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within a team.
  • Proficiency in using specialized software for content creation and social media platforms.
