Drive short-form video content creation for Kelly Tutors, turning songs and events into TikTok/Reels content as a creative co-lead.
- Own short-form video creation and edits for TikTok/Reels.
- Must-have: Active TikTok usage with basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot).
- Standout: Remote, 2–5 hours/week with mentorship and portfolio-building opportunities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Clip and edit existing videos into short-form content
- Create original short-form videos (song clips, class promos, event moments)
- Write hooks and captions
- Be a creative co-lead and come up with amazing ideas!!
- Inspire a founder
- Track performance
Requirements
- Already spend time on TikTok and understand the format
- Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Can work independently and hit weekly posting goals
- Are willing to meet once a week to check in for about 30 minutes on phone or video.... and email as needed :)
