Responsibilities

• Lead and host engaging and interactive TikTok livestreams, showcasing RENPHO products to drive engagement and sales
• Plan and execute livestream events and social media account management, ensuring seamless coordination of all contents and logistics
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing in HK and the on-site team to align livestreams with marketing goals and product strategies
• Provide product demonstrations and ensure all necessary information is accurately communicated during live sessions
• Analyze livestream performance data and present actionable insights to improve future streams
• Work on-site in the Irvine office and be available to work outside regular office hours to align with prime livestream times and the HK team’s schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience in hosting or leading livestreams, with a track record of delivering successful results (e.g., viewer engagement, conversion rates)
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with the ability to manage both top-down strategy and hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and entertain live audiences
• Experience with TikTok or other livestreaming platforms is a must
• Marketing: 3 years (Required)
