Responsibilities

• TikTok content creation: Driving, executing, and editing content for the agency's TikTok account
• Wardrobe & props: Steam clothing, prepare props, and manage garment bags on shoot days
• Camera support: Check and adjust camera angles; assist with lighting/framing when needed
• On-set support: Help with setup and logistics during studio and location shoots; occasionally appear in content (Reels/TikTok/photos)
• Product handling: Unbox deliveries, organize items, and handle package drop-offs/pickups
• Studio management: Keep the studio neat, organized, and shoot-ready at all times
• Community engagement: Support with account engagement on Instagram/TikTok between shoots
• Team support: Assist account managers with relevant ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• A Junior or Senior in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a “no task too small” mindset
• Comfortable on camera and professional on set; able to take direction and move quickly
• Physically able to assist with light set logistics (garment bags, props, packages)
• Located in or near NYC and able to be in-person in Manhattan two days per week
• Ready to begin immediately
