Job Summary
Own the creator funnel for an edgy talent agency: hunt and vet lifestyle creators, lead initial outreach, and manage first-call vetting and campaign logistics to keep talent aligned with brand deals.
- Content & Creator Discovery: Produce and curate premium creator-ready content and identify high-potential creators who fit the On Record aesthetic.
- Outreach & Vetting: Drive warm introductions and lead vetting calls to accelerate partnerships.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate brand deliverables and ensure creator collaborations run smoothly.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Agency Content Creation: Produce, edit, and curate high-quality, premium content for the On Record Instagram and TikTok pages.
- Scout & Vet: Identify high-potential lifestyle creators and rising tastemakers who perfectly fit the On Record aesthetic.
- First-Contact Outreach: Execute our high-status outreach strategy to get talent on our radar.
- Lead Meetings: Shadow and eventually lead short intro vetting calls with creators, acting as the warm, relatable, peer-to-peer bridge to our agency.
- Campaign Logistics: Help manage incoming brand threads and coordinate deliverables to keep our creators' businesses running seamlessly.
Requirements
- Current college student or recent graduate who is immersed in digital creator culture.
