Job Summary

Own the end-to-end client acquisition stack and workflows, from GoHighLevel pipelines and nurture sequences to landing pages and paid ads with proper tracking, plus lead capture and nurture programs across four segments.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and maintain the GoHighLevel client acquisition stack, including pipelines, automations, routing, and nurture sequences across four segments.
  • Conversion & Campaign Activation: Create segment-specific landing pages, optimize the web presence for conversion and mobile, and launch Google and Facebook ads with full tracking.
  • Lead Capture & Ops Documentation: Build lead capture, care quiz routing, SMS capture, 7-day emails, lead magnets, and document every system for handoff.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure the full client acquisition architecture in GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, routing logic, and nurture sequences across all four primary client segments
  • Build five segment-specific landing pages and optimize the primary web presence for conversion and mobile performance
  • Build and launch Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with full UTM and conversion tracking in place before the first dollar is spent
  • Build the lead capture system, care quiz with routing logic, SMS capture with auto-reply, and the 7-day email nurture sequence
  • Produce four branded lead magnet PDFs, a service brochure suite, and the social content calendar
  • Submit weekly performance reports with specific optimization recommendations for every active campaign and system
  • Document every system built with enough detail that it can be operated or modified by another team member without starting over

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a CS, digital marketing, information systems, or related undergraduate program
  • Working knowledge of at least one CRM, marketing automation, or web development platform
  • Demonstrated ability to manage independent projects and deliver results on a consistent schedule
  • Clear written and verbal communication reports are reviewed by business leadership, not technical staff
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver without daily supervision
  • Genuine interest in building systems that produce measurable business outcomes

Preferred

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform
  • Experience building or managing Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Exposure to landing page design, UX, or web development
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Interest in healthcare, service business growth, or digital marketing strategy
