Job Summary

Drive PepsiCo's sustainability and social-impact communications across Iberia and MU, aligning internal and external channels and ESG initiatives.

  • Own end-to-end pep+ and sustainability communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Must-have: 8+ years in corporate/multinational communications.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment with Plant Managers, Supply Chain, and Green Teams; manage events and volunteering programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end and pep+/ Sustaiability communications, internal and external, making their added value tangible both internally and externally -media and customers-. It also coordinates Social impact projects.
  • Highlight company milestones in the media, to customers, and other external stakeholders. Including press releases, stakeholders event, external social media.
  • Partner with Plant Managers, Agriculture, and the entire Supply Chain functions. At Market Unit level, West Europe and EMEA region-wide.
  • Manage content across various company channels (newsletter, Town Halls, etc.).
  • Elaborates the yearly Communication plan: internal and external.
  • Responsible to manage and spread all E2E company activity and coordinate / issue on the external and internal channels (including channels such as twitter, Linkedin, newsletter, yammer, screens, etc.).
  • Activates “always on” and delivers proper action plans: employee engagement activities, contents in all internal channels / press releases, press conference, media interviews, media production, etc.
  • Events organization and execution: all-hands, presentations preparation, technical aspects, business meetings, media events, etc.
  • Internal and external Comms KPIs global and local reporting.
  • Coordinates all the pep+ agenda in the MU as well as coordinates the Green Teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Journalism, Public Relations or a related field and/or a diploma in Corporate Communications
  • At least 8 years of experience in communications, in a multinational company and or preferably in a PR Agency
  • Ability to create, develop and execute internal and external communication plans
  • Experience in a media and/or internal – external agency as a must
  • Proven experience on events management.
  • Proven track on employee engagement campaigns
  • Media management experience, ideally familiar with the media landscape and for Sustainability and E2E operations.
  • Solid digital skills: PWP presentations, social media, newsletters channels (internal and external)
  • Outstanding writing and proofreading
  • Spanish native level, English as a top priority and preferably Portuguese
  • Strategic communication vision, ability to provide counsel to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to create and prepare business engaging presentations.
  • Desirable: design and video self production / editing capabilities
