Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Co-assess organizational marketing needs
  • Co-develop a website and train staff about domain management
  • Co-develop marketing branding and visibility materials such as online professional materials
  • Support strengthening networks and partnerships, both locally and internationally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 1 year of website development (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or independent domain)
  • 1 year developing digital communications, brand campaigns, or social media content
  • Intercultural skills and motivation: Flexible, strong cross-cultural agility, high tolerance for ambiguity, able to work independently, resourceful, creative, and genuinely motivated and capable to serve virtually
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred

  • Virtual engagement and communication
  • Previous VSPP for an information and communication technology engagement
  • 3 years of website development, social media marketing, or branding
