Responsibilities

• In field coaching, training, and in booth work.
• Recruiting and interviewing.
• Classroom training. Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures.
• Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
• Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results.
• Communicate results and strategy with management.
• DIRECTION OF OTHERS: Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
