Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support media strategy development and story positioning
- Draft and edit press materials, including press releases and pitches
- Conduct media research and build targeted journalist lists
- Monitor news cycles and identify timely media opportunities
- Assist with outreach efforts and track media coverage
- Support client-facing deliverables and internal reporting
- Participate in real-time media opportunities, including interview preparation and coordination
Requirements
- Rising junior or senior currently enrolled in an accredited university
- Strong writing and communication skills (AP style familiarity is a plus)
- Interest in media, communications, business, or finance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable contributing to real deliverables
Preferred
- AP style familiarity is a plus
