Job Summary

Own and coordinate the end-to-end event logistics and data hygiene that turn live and virtual events into trackable demand, with a focus on calendars, lead tracking, and post-event ROI.

Event Operations: Calendar management, registrations tracking, exhibitor communications, and on-site coordination.
Data & Campaigns: Lead tracking, campaign setup support, and accurate event/campaign records in SFDC/Seismic.
Insights & Research: Post-event surveys, insights compilation, and targeted audience/event opportunity research.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support execution of trade shows and events, including maintaining event calendars, tracking registrations, and organizing exhibitor communications
Assist with pre-event logistics such as prep sheets, shipment tracking, and event kit assembly
Manage and organize marketing data in systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Seismic
Track leads, support campaign setup, and maintain accurate event and campaign records
Contribute to post-event reporting by compiling survey results, summarizing insights, and supporting ROI tracking
Assist with marketing content creation, including basic social media posts and email templates
Conduct research on target audiences, industry associations, and event opportunities

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
