Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote Bloom Global Travel Experiences' educational travel programs throughout the community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, middle schools, colleges, youth organizations, religious institutions, nonprofits, and community partners.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, information sessions, career fairs, open houses, and community events.
  • Represent Bloom Global Travel Experiences professionally at all times.
  • Educate students, parents, school staff, and community leaders about upcoming college tours and educational travel opportunities.
  • Assist interested families with the registration and enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospective participants and families to encourage enrollment.
  • Build relationships with principals, counselors, college and career advisors, coaches, teachers, youth leaders, and community organizations.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and distribution of promotional materials throughout assigned service areas.
  • Support community engagement efforts and social media outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and internet applications.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Preferred

  • Experience working with students, schools, youth organizations, or educational programs.
  • Experience in community outreach, recruiting, admissions, marketing, or public relations.
  • Background in education or working with children is a plus.
