Job Summary

Own the visual storytelling pipeline for fundraising and campus communications, combining graphic design, video production, and photography to deliver on-brand assets and campaigns across digital and print.

  • Graphic Design & Visual Assets: create graphics and templates that ensure brand consistency for emails, social, and print
  • Video & Photography: shoot, edit, and curate short-form videos and campus imagery for donor-facing campaigns
  • Storytelling & Campaign Support: collaborate with writers to pair visuals with copy, storyboard video series, and brainstorm engaging engagement ideas

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for email marketing, social media, and print materials
  • Develop templates and maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
  • Collaborate with the writing team to pair compelling copy with strong visuals
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable design assets inside our resource hub
  • VideoMultimedia: Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media, email, and donor-facing campaigns
  • Capture photography and b-roll at campus events and student ambassador activities
  • Edit interview footage and storytelling content into polished, on-brand pieces
  • Assist with storyboarding and creative direction for video series and campaigns
  • MarketingEngagement Support: Support media planning and scheduling across platforms
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns,series, and engagement strategies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in good academic standing
  • Strong skills in graphic design, videography, video editing, or photography
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Strong visual storytelling sense and eye for design
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • A creative mindset with a genuine passion for digital media, marketing, and making an impact

Preferred

  • Portfolio of work showcasing creative abilities (video projects, photography, graphic design samples)
