Job Summary

Lead social media content creation across platforms, covering campus athletics events, coordinating brainstorms, and training other students to manage accounts while enrolled full-time as an undergraduate.

Create multimedia content (written, photo, video) for social channels
Capture events on campus and support design of graphics
Educate peers and contribute to strategy through weekly brainstorming sessions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create content (written, photographic and video) for use on a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube).
Take photos and videos at campus athletics events.
Participate in weekly social media brainstorming sessions and provide a recent student’s perspective on athletics content that will resonate with the campus community.
Help to educate/train other students in carrying out social media duties to build the Penmen Athletics accounts
Design flyers and social media graphics

Requirements

Full-time enrollment in an Undergraduate Day program
Preference will be given to candidates with undergraduate degrees in Marketing, Art & Design, and Liberal Arts who are pursuing a graduate degree in a Marketing related field.
Video editing skills is a major plus as is photography
