Responsibilities

• You\'ll work the C Street boardwalk greeting tourists with infectious enthusiasm, handing out candy samples (root beer barrels for adults, lollipops for kids), and inviting people inside with humor, stories, and genuine warmth.
• The twist: We track conversion rates with cameras. You can literally gamify your performance and watch yourself improve week-to-week.
• Seasonal position: Spring through Fall 2025 (March-October).
• Choose your shift preference when applying: Morning Ambassador: 10am-2pm (4 hours/day); Afternoon Ambassador: 2pm-6pm (4 hours/day).
• Coordination: You and your counterpart decide amongst yourselves who takes which specific days, with flexibility to trade shifts with 48-hour notice.

Requirements

• Required coverage: Thursday-Monday must be fully covered between both ambassadors
• You LOVE engaging strangers and get energized by constant social interaction
• You have theater, improv, tour guide, theme park, or character performer experience
• You're comfortable working outdoors in Nevada summer heat
• You're a team player who can coordinate with your counterpart without drama
• You're looking for a SEASONAL commitment (spring-fall), not just a summer gig
