Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of audience and targeting strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with market research, industry research, persona development, and audience analysis.
  • Help gather, organize, and analyze campaign performance data across multiple marketing channels.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign recommendations and strategic planning documents.
  • Support testing initiatives and help identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Assist in documenting customer journeys and mapping engagement opportunities across the buyer lifecycle.
  • Help build presentations, reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including campaign execution, analytics, sales, content marketing, and product marketing.
  • Research emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices and share findings with the team.
  • Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and project planning activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Digital Media, Journalism, Economics, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date within the next 12-24 months.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing strategy, business growth, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and marketing concepts.

Preferred

  • coursework in marketing, advertising, business analytics, communications, economics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience through student organizations, coursework, academic projects, internships, campus leadership, or volunteer work.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as email, social media, search, content marketing, or paid media.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Interest in AI, marketing technology, customer insights, or marketing innovation.
  • Experience presenting findings or recommendations to a group through coursework or extracurricular activities.
