Job Summary

Own the storytelling and digital content pipeline for a youth sports program, from field content to feature writing, while coordinating with coaches to surface meaningful stories and preserve culture.

  • Content Production Ownership: Capture photo/video at trainings, events, and activities; create short and long form video for digital platforms.
  • Storytelling & Communications: Develop player/coach/team spotlight stories; write articles, features, and social content.
  • Content Curation & Collaboration: Maintain content libraries, support marketing with brand-aligned content, and help document club culture and growth.

Job Description

  • Capture photo and video content at trainings, matches, tournaments, events, camps, clinics, and club activities.
  • Develop player, coach, team, and community spotlight stories.
  • Conduct interviews and gather content that highlights the people behind the program.
  • Create short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
  • Write articles, features, social content, website stories, newsletters, and other club communications.
  • Work closely with coaches, directors, and staff to identify meaningful stories throughout the organization.
  • Maintain and organize content libraries including photography, video, testimonials, and creative assets.
  • Support the creation of marketing and promotional content while maintaining the club's brand standards.
  • Help document and preserve the culture, history, and growth of the organization.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Strong photography and videography abilities.
  • Experience creating compelling content for digital audiences.
  • Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends around club programming and events.
  • Passion for sports, youth development, and community impact.
