Responsibilities - Welcome and engage customers as they enter - Encourage customers to explore the dŌSA Den, Body Bar, and interactive experiences - Help customers discover products based on their needs - Create a warm, upbeat, fun atmosphere in the store - Support checkout and customer service - Go live on TikTok and social media from the store - Record short videos and behind-the-scenes content - Capture customer experiences and reactions - Help create fun and engaging content ideas - Assist with social media posting and trends Requirements - Friendly and naturally outgoing - Comfortable talking to people and being on camera - Reliable and self-motivated - Creative and social media savvy - Organized and detail-oriented - Passionate about beauty, skincare, self-care, or wellness - Excited to help grow a small business Preferred - Have TikTok or Instagram content experience - Enjoy creating videos - Have retail or customer service experience - Love storytelling, beauty, or branding
