Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution of marketing and communications campaigns across all enterprise communications channels and platforms.
  • Tracks and coordinates enterprise marketing and communications project timelines, deliverables, internal/external resources, and marketing/communications documentation.
  • Supports the planning, development, and implementation of marketing operations initiatives to support marketing and communications efforts for members/prospective members, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Supports annual planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination for marketing and communications.
  • Coordinates cross-functional planning efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals, and timely completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Develops dashboards and performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness, member engagement, project status, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Analyzes performance data and provides actionable insights to improve engagement, ROI and overall effectiveness.
  • Contributes to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the marketing and communications operations department.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of progressive marketing/communications/operations experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Success executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the managed care industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics platforms, and social media tools.
  • Proficient in marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau).
  • Tactical execution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Project management experience/experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functional with internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity/experience with health care, managed care, or other regulated industries.
  • Project management software experience.
