Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify Funnel Risk and Drive Corrective Programs
  • Monitor AMER pipeline performance across Enterprise and Major segments, identifying emerging risks in coverage, conversion, and velocity. Translate insights into targeted marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline creation and opportunity progression in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Develop Strategic Programs for Enterprise and Major Accounts
  • Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that engage new personas and buying centers within priority accounts. Expand marketable contacts, deepen account engagement, and create net-new opportunities through targeted account-centric programs.
  • Activate Partner Marketing to Generate Net-New Opportunities
  • Collaborate with strategic ecosystem partners to identify whitespace opportunities and develop joint demand generation programs. Leverage co-marketing campaigns, partner-led events, and account-based initiatives to generate new pipeline and expand reach within shared accounts.
  • Accelerate Mid-Funnel Pipeline Conversion
  • Develop programs focused on progressing accounts already engaged in the funnel. Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to deliver workshops, demos, executive briefings, and field experiences that accelerate opportunity progression and deal momentum.
  • Drive GTM Interlock Across Sales, SDR, and Marketing
  • Act as a key coordination point across Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to ensure programs align with regional pipeline priorities. Establish clear interlock on priority accounts, campaign activation, follow-up motions, and opportunity progression.
  • Own Strategic Account Activation
  • Identify high-value Enterprise and Major accounts where marketing investment can materially influence pipeline creation. Activate targeted strategies including ABM programs, executive events, partner co-selling initiatives, and high-impact field experiences.
  • Drive Regional Experimentation and Program Execution
  • Collaborate with the AMER Marketing leadership team to test new programs, pilot targeted initiatives, and evaluate performance. Scale successful experiments into repeatable programs that drive consistent pipeline impact.
  • Translate Regional Insights into Scalable Playbooks
  • Capture learnings from program execution and experimentation across the region and convert them into repeatable frameworks and playbooks that can be leveraged across segments and regions.
