Job Summary

Lead a creative team to translate brand goals into scalable campaigns, with a focus on leadership development, cross-functional execution, and governance.

  • Lead and mentor the team, driving tier 1 project concepting and strategic planning.
  • Align with media, CX, product, and compliance to ensure campaign objectives and smooth execution.
  • Establish best practices, training, capacity planning, briefs, and reviews to lift output quality.

Job Description

  • Lead, mentor and inspire the creative team to high performance and brand-aligned output.
  • Drive creative strategic planning and briefs for tier 1 projects, plus leadership development programs.
  • Align cross-functional initiatives (media, CX, product, compliance) and drive reviews, capacity planning, and governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership, with at least 5 years managing a team.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creators.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative outputs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall brand and marketing goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
