Job Summary

Own and optimize agency and content supply workflows, driving governance, automation, and scalable operations across content, print, and vendor management.

  • Lead standardized agency governance and operational processes across content supply and print/fulfillment.
  • Build automation, streamline workflows, and improve content lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Commercial, Compliance, Legal, IT, Omnichannel, and agencies to scale operational excellence and system-enabled efficiencies.

Job Description

Own and optimize agency and content supply workflows, driving governance, automation, and scalable operations across content, print, and vendor management.

  • Responsibilities: Lead development of standardized agency governance models, operational processes, and ways of working.
  • Responsibilities: Manage agency operational oversight, including KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking.
  • Responsibilities: Represent strategic content operations and systems initiatives (Claims Management, Digital Asset Management, Workflow automation).
  • Responsibilities: Review workflows and processes to identify automation, simplification, and lifecycle efficiency opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee print production, inventory, fulfillment, and field readiness, including external contractor management.
  • Responsibilities: Build partnerships across Commercial, Compliance, Legal, IT, Omnichannel, and agency teams for operational excellence.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
  • Responsibilities: Support change management and execution readiness for new systems, workflows, and capabilities.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Requirements: 5–8 years in Marketing Operations, Content Operations, Agency Management, Commercial Operations, or related pharma/healthcare functions.
  • Requirements: Working knowledge of MLR/CRB review processes and regulated promotional environments.
  • Requirements: Experience managing agencies, workflows, and governance processes.
  • Requirements: Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
  • Requirements: Experience supporting workflow optimization, automation, and operational improvements.
  • Preferred: Experience with Veeva Vault/PromoMats/Salesforce strongly preferred.
