Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-platform distribution strategies across linear, OTT, AVOD, SVOD, FAST, and vMVPD platforms.
  • Assist in prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new distribution partners, particularly within NCTC, regional MVPDs, and emerging streaming services.
  • Maintain and grow existing partner relationships to ensure continued carriage, platform support, and long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, programming, legal, finance) to ensure partner commitments and campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and secure distribution partnerships that expand network reach.
  • Experience in business development, contract negotiations, and partnership management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong partner relationships while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering B2B marketing and promotional campaigns to support partner initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.

  • Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Knowledge of audience measurement, ratings, and digital analytics tools (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) is a plus.
