Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management across Global Creative workstreams, including a product lab, halo/luxury initiatives, brand concepts, and culture-defining collaborations.
  • Execute operational coordination for special projects and events, including vendor onboarding, contracts, legal routing, and invoice processing.
  • Build and manage integrated workback schedules and the Global Creative calendar, tracking milestones, reviews, and deliverables across Licensing and O&O to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Creative to route artwork through approvals (CBM, IP, Legal, etc.) and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Prepare the Global Creative Director and Strategy Lead for key meetings, milestones, and executive engagements.
  • Capture meeting notes, identify action items, and drive follow-through with creative and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and implement streamlined processes for new workstreams, securing cross-functional alignment and buy-in to drive efficient execution.
  • Maintain core project documentation and reporting to provide leadership visibility and alignment.
  • Develop polished executive presentations aligned to Disney brand and creative standards.
  • Provide pre-event and on-site support for key Global Creative activations and collection launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative operations, strategy support, communications, and/or events.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects or workstreams in a cross‑functional, creative, or operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to develop executive‑ready presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity within established frameworks.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Appreciation for the Disney brand and understanding of its global consumer products businesses.
  • Willingness and flexibility to support events, global collaboration, and projects outside standard hours as needed.
