Responsibilities

• Own overall performance and strategy for the brand across every channel, treating acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchase as one connected system rather than separate problems
• Direct the in-house PPC manager's work across Meta and Google for this brand, reviewing performance against KPIs and adjusting strategy as needed
• Own the relationship with our Amazon and Chewy PPC agencies for this brand, holding them accountable to results
• Own the strategy and roadmap for landing page testing and website conversion rate optimization, coordinating execution with our Shopify manager
• Own repeat purchase and retention strategy, working closely with the shared email specialist to build email programs that convert one time buyers into repeat customers, addressing a specific known gap in how email has been used for this brand historically
• Coordinate with the affiliate coordinator and creator coordinators to make sure the brand is doing everything it can to maximize impressions and reach across social platforms
• Coordinate with our social media team to make sure organic content, posting cadence, and audience engagement are working alongside paid and creator efforts to build brand visibility and drive sales, not operating as a disconnected channel
• Coordinate with our SEO team to make sure the brand shows up strongly wherever people are searching and discovering products today, including newer AI powered search and discovery tools, not just traditional search results
• Coordinate closely with our Product/Wholesale Manager on new color and pattern release timing, making sure marketing, email, and landing pages are ready ahead of each release rather than scrambling after the fact
• Report directly to the CEO on the brand's overall performance, including sales trends, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and repeat purchase rate

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in ecommerce brand management or growth marketing, ideally with direct experience in single purchase or non subscription DTC models
• Demonstrated experience improving repeat purchase rate through email or lifecycle marketing, not just driving first time acquisition
• Strong marketplace knowledge across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and major retail marketplaces
• Comfortable directing other people's execution, including an internal PPC specialist and multiple external agencies, rather than needing to personally run every channel
• Experience working with tools like GA4, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
• Extremely strong analytical skills and comfort making brand level tradeoffs across acquisition spend, retention investment, and new product timing
• Curious, relentless, and highly action oriented, comfortable owning outcomes across a full brand rather than one narrow discipline
