Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute brand and marketing strategies across multiple properties, aligned to high-level company goals and audience insights.
  • Lead strategic planning, campaign development, and go-to-market execution with clarity and collaboration.
  • Partner with internal teams — creative, content, digital, comms, partnerships, and product — to bring marketing programs to life across owned and paid channels.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as search engines, social media, and digital display to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring clear performance metrics without losing sight of narrative and impact.
  • Bring a digital-first mindset to storytelling, audience building, and engagement across web, social, and emerging platforms.
  • Help shape brand voice and tone, stewarding consistency and resonance across campaigns and platforms.
  • Serve as a cultural translator between executive vision and team execution, bridging ideas into action with clarity and accountability.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in digital media, entertainment, or family/lifestyle brands.
  • Experience overseeing multi-brand portfolios, with a track record of audience and brand growth.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent collaboration and orchestration of cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, campaign development, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with content-led growth, values-based messaging, and family-safe digital environments is a plus.
  • A highly creative, solutions-oriented mindset; thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
  • Strong communication skills — ideally a strong writer or storyteller who understands tone, nuance, and audience needs.
  • Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments; a self-starter with a ā€œfind a wayā€ attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience with content-led growth, values-based messaging, and family-safe digital environments is a plus.
