Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of cohesive content narratives across entire event experiences (main stage, breakouts, digital extensions, etc.)
  • Translate client objectives into clear storytelling frameworks that guide all creative output
  • Partner with Creative Directors and Designers to shape visual guidelines, tone and pacing
  • Define content hierarchies and flow across multi-screen, multi-format environments
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all content deliverables—from concept through final execution
  • Act as the “content lens” in early concepting to ensure ideas are both compelling and producible
  • Serve as the primary content lead in client interactions, building trust through clarity and expertise
  • Ability to present content strategies, narratives, and work-in-progress with confidence and a strong point of view
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (brand, production, technical, exec. comms teams) around a unified vision
  • Lead feedback and approval cycles, synthesizing input into actionable direction

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in motion design and or experiential media production
  • Experience in live events, brand activations, or large-scale productions
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream content projects
  • Deep understanding of: Motion graphics and design workflows
  • Video production (shoot + post)
  • Live event content systems (LED, playback, show control)
  • Strong project management disciplines (timelines, budgets, scopes)
  • Strong design and storytelling instincts
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into executable content
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Travel up to 25%
